Terms and conditions

It's really easy.  By trying to set out the rules that first of all, are primarily meant to protect you – our costumers, we would like to assure you that we'll do anything to meet your requests.  Therefore, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee – should you not be happy with any product or service and let us know on delivery, we will grant a compensation or money refund. 

1.Basic information

2. Purchase and order placement

The purchase is executed by selecting a segment, choosing a ready-made package or designing your own package (10.10 EURO is a minimum value of an order with transport excluded) and putting it into the basket.
Deadline for the order conclusion is always by 12 p.m. of the previous day.  We cannot guarantee keeping the delivery time once the order is placed after this time. In case you order after 12 p.m.  requesting the delivery next day, please contact us by phone beforehand.
The orders which include alcohol can only be placed by costumers over 18. You may be asked to to identify yourself on delivery to prove your age.
The pictures of the Brunches are only for illustration and can differ from the real state of the products, although it is our priority to truly capture relevant products for you to have a better picture of them.
Prices indicated include VAT and exclude transport. The price for transport is automatically calculated at the end of the ordering process.  
No registration is required. However, in order to handle the order you once must enter your contact.  Despite the fact, we recommend registration in order for you to obtain more benefits (See Registration section) and better review of orders.
All the orders completed by clicking on the “Confirm the order” button are binding. By this you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
When placing an order you can sign up for newsletters sent approximately once a month.
Once you placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you, which officially concludes the purchase contract.
In case of more orders placed for a particular time or date, the time of placing order is subject to the delivery preference right prior to the orders scope . Should such situation occur, we will inform you by phone well in advance and try to sort the situation out for the benefit of both parties. 

3. Order payment and delivery

The payment methods are as follows:

  • Bank transfer (at least 2-3 days prior to requested delivery time, should your account be elsewhere than at Tatra Bank)
  • Cash on delivery
  • Via VIAMO application (0915/793 276)
  • Invoice – for permanent and best corporate clients, we also offer the option of invoice payment with due date 14 days.

Orders are packed in the morning just before delivery and delivered by the agreed time. We make every effort to deliver orders on time or within half an hour after the agreed time, but we reserve the right to delay delivery due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are not under our control (force majeure).
Delivery time-frame: Monday through Sunday between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., or as requested.
Delivery price: 4.90 Euro for entire Bratislava; delivery into the Bratislava surroundings can be accommodated upon prior arrangement, the price will be colluded according to the distance. Order over 40 Euro - FREE delivery. 

4. Personal data protection

Provision of your personal data is voluntary and the buyer agrees on processing them for the order purposes pursuant to Act no.428/2002 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. Your personal data will neither be disclosed nor communicated to third parties, and are solely for our own records and order handling, or for sending out bruncher.sk newsletters(not more often than once a month). Your personal data can be checked any time and changed in the „Log In“ section if needed. We safeguard your personal data. 

5. Shell life and sales return

Given the diversity of the product range, various shelf life applies to each product. With packed food products the minimum shelf life is reffered to by the manufacturer on the packaging. Bread and salads are made on the delivery morning and the following applies - the sooner you eat them, the more nutritious and tastier they are, however, consumption is recommended not later then within 24 hours.
Given the fact that the service is intended for immediate consumption, the reclaim can made only to the messenger.  Products like a thermal mug, tray or the blooming tea set are an exception - here, of course, the regular warranty period of 2 years applies. Such complaints are addressed without delay max. within 30 days from the date of application. 

6.  Compliance with hygiene regulations 

We declare that all the products are stored and transported with maximum effort to preserve their quality and nutritional value. Manufacturers are directly responsible for the processing of feedstock. 

7. Order cancellation   

Orders can be cancelled by 12 p.m. the day before delivery. We guarantee full money refund.
Exceptionally, the contractor can cancel the order in the following cases

  • is out of the product range and can't secure replacement;
  • the payment has not been settled;
  • the order is not valid (fake order).

We, of course, will inform you on the cancellation in time. 

8. Final provisions 

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. They come into force from the moment of publication on the bruncher.sk website. Orders placed before changing the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of order.
